The road looks harmless at 3 AM—until a black streak rips past at 130 and the map goes blood-red. Joe takes you into a pre-dawn commute that turned into a hard lesson: an empty freeway isn’t an invitation to test your limits, it’s a trap for overconfidence. Minutes after watching a driver slice through lanes, he rolled into a wall of brake lights and a car so twisted it barely resembled a car at all. The result wasn’t just one life changed; it was an entire corridor stalled, first responders boxed in, and a lot of people arriving late with shaken nerves and a sobering story.

We talk frankly about what really keeps people safe: patience, presence of mind, and visible enforcement. Speeding tickets are annoying—until you consider the alternative of flipping at highway velocity. Joe pushes on the uncomfortable question: could regular overnight patrols pull a few speedsters off the road before tragedy hits? It’s not about blame for the sake of it; it’s about prevention when the stakes are highest and the roads feel deceptively easy.

There’s also a personal near miss: a high-speed pursuit at a green light, loud music drowning out sirens, and a split-second decision that might have saved a life. From simple habits like lowering the volume and signaling every pass to the bigger choices—leaving earlier, refusing to drive after drinking, respecting the limit even when it feels slow—this conversation stays grounded in what drivers can control. And yes, we even poke at the fantasy of flying cars, because if patience is scarce on asphalt, what happens in the sky?

If this story hits close to home, share it with someone who speeds to “make up time.” Subscribe for more real road talk, leave a review to help others find the show, and tell us: what’s your rule that keeps you calm—and alive—behind the wheel?

That was a long little intro right there for me, everybody. I just you know, losing a lot of breath. Wow, I was almost lost my breath and all that stuff. You know, it's it's a lot to say. You know, it's not that easy, you know, as people think of. I mean, think, you know, blah blah blah. But wow, dude. Let me tell you. When I was my going, um, I was I I mean, you know, I do my whole routines, right? You know, like everybody else, you know, going to work in the morning. And it's it's it's I mean, it's uh I just can't believe it. I mean, you know, I wake up in the morning, you know, just another day, you know, because I I have to wake up like around C at 1 o'clock, right? Get ready, take a shower, make my coffee, and leave the house in a certain time, like maybe like two o'clock in the morning, right? And drinking my coffee just to stay awake, to hit the hit to work. It's a 45-minute drive to go over there, right? So it's just just it's uh the good thing is it's no traffic, it's empty, the freeway and all that stuff. minding my own business, hearing my music, you know. And it it doesn't seem to amaze me, but how many people drive so fast in the fucking freeway today? You know, it's September 12th when this happened, okay? Uh as I'm recording now, you know, September, September 12, uh, 2025. And you know, I mean that these drivers, how they fucking drive, man, they drive so like like they can't be patient, they're impatient. Okay. What I witnessed today was really fucking uh unbelievable because there's no uh one highway patrol cruising around the freeway, not in not one in sight. The only time you only see a uh a patrol man, a high road, a CHP, the way you want to call it, okay? Maybe I'm saying it the longer way, a highway patrol. No one in sight, okay. I mean, I'm not a perfect person. I do drive fast, but these motherfuckers drive faster, okay? They drive faster. Unbelievable, okay? And when you're driving fast, like around at least 70 miles per hour on one when they're behind you, these motherfuckers think you're driving slow. Imagine that shit, you know, and their mentality. You're driving slow. It makes me feel like an old man, to be honest. And I'm driving 70, and the speed limits are around 65 miles per hour. 65 miles per hour. Imagine. These motherfuckers are driving like 130, you know, 130 miles per hour. Imagine. Imagine if they make uh flying cars. Imagine. I mean, from what I heard, it's already done. They already have made a flying car already, somewhere in Europe, on somewhere around there. You know. Imagine they make flying cars. Hmm. I don't think I don't think that's a good thing to a good idea making flying cars. Because the way they drive on the freeway, they can't even handle the speed when it's an empty freeway. Early mornings. Okay. Today when I was driving to going to work, it was about like 3 30 around there. Maybe plus more, maybe. I don't know. I forgot. I forget. 3 30 around there. All right. And I went to fucking work late. Okay. I was like around 15 minutes late. And then I today it was a good day, okay, at work, yeah. But you know, I hate to go to work late because you start on the wrong foot. Because you I usually go to work early, you know, get my shit straightened out and all that stuff, get set up and everything I have to do, get my paperwork and all that stuff, blah, blah, blah. Okay. I hate that. I mean, I'd rather go to work early, get set up, you know. But when you go, I don't know if it happens to anybody out there, but when you get when you go into work late, you start on the wrong foot. Like, oh shit, whoa, what fuck? You know. Maybe I don't know if it's just me, but because of this motherfucker driving fast, and I witnessed this motherfucker driving fast on a freeway, okay? Like, like if you never, like he was never gonna get there, okay. He was driving fast. I think he was driving like at least 130 miles per hour, passing everybody, zigzagging. Okay, and plus there was construction. They were fixing the freeways right there. And this happened on the 71 freeway, going east. I mean, I was always uh it's going on like the 60s, in other words. Okay. It was going, I think it was on the 60 freeway. Um my bad, not the 71. It was the 60. The 60 freeway, the Pomona freeway going east. That's where I go to work, okay? The 60 freeway. Because it I no, I'm I I think I kind of mixed it up. I I said 71, but it wasn't the 60 freeway. Okay. Well, this guy was driving so fast, I go, fuck, motherfucker, dude, dude. You serious? 130 miles per hour, that's that's 10 times, you know. Because this these are there there are motherfuckers that are driving 120. And I know when they're driving 120, when I'm driving at least 70, 70 miles per hour, 75, and they're they're passing by me. But this one, it was a black car on a 60. I don't know what the fuck he was in a hurry. Was he late from work or he had to go on a date? Maybe he was drinking and driving, getting out of the party, because it was Friday. Today's Friday. It was a Thursday morning and going into Friday. I don't know. I don't know. It was a Thursday morning, he might have might have had a went to the club or something like that, got out. It was a Friday morning. He was probably drinking, I don't know. But he was driving fast, recklessly. Recklessly, man. Imagine that shit. Passing by like me, like passing by me, everybody. Passing by like a motherfucker, dude. And you know what? And guess what happened? Guess what happened? Once we stopped, once we stopped, I already had new. I already had new. I bet you it was that guy that fucking was driving so fucking fast on the freeway. And and I looked at my my Google Maps because I don't know if one of you guys out there, all you listeners out there are. Do you guys use your Google Maps to, you know, to notify you? Are you gonna be there early? What is gonna be no accidents and all that stuff? You know, that's what I do. I use my Google Maps so I could notify me if there's gonna be any traffic out there. It gives me a notification or I could get a shortcut and all that stuff, and construction working, right? Well, I looked at the the Google Maps, there was construction working, right? But then I saw the little emblem, a symbol. It shows you that there's a car, there was an accident, a car accident. And once we're stopping slowly, I go, oh my god. And then when I saw the the whole traffic lane, you know, on the Google Maps, it's all red. Because when it's blue, it's free. When it's red, it's gonna they're they're they're fixing the street, or either it's a bad accident, it's gonna, it's a lot of traffic. When it's yellow, it's slowing down. Okay. Wow, it turned out that the whole lane was red. And then I see the symbol, a car accident. I go, oh, don't tell me this guy crashed. And he did. I stood on the car like for 25 minutes, stalled. So I had to turn off my car because I just put it, I just barely put in gas. I just bought gas, full up my tank, and when your car is stalling on a freeway for a couple of maybe like an hour or so. Maybe oh no, no, I'm I'm exaggerating. If I'm I'm stalling on a freeway, just by like at least five minutes, I'm with you're wasting gas. Okay, you're wasting gas. And I'm I I stood in uh in the freeway like for 25 minutes. 25 fucking minutes because this moron was inpatient driving, driving fast, and it wasn't a beautiful sight. I didn't even think he made it. You know, if if if a CHP was around patrolling the freeway every maybe like every five minutes or ten minutes, this guy, this guy's life would have been saved. If I don't because I didn't know, I don't know if he was unalived, because it looked like he flipped the car. It looked like the car flipped like maybe five times or maybe six. Because it was unrecognizable. And it was a nice car too. It was a Toyota. I I saw it when he was driving fast. He went by my he went past by me. Everybody zigzagging, going fast. I'm literally, I'm literally, he was going fucking fast. Literally was going fast. And that car was unrecognizable. I mean, it was awful. It was really fucking awful, everybody. The car was unright unrecognizable. I don't know if it was on flames or not. I don't I don't think it was on fire because uh it would have smelled like you know, burned rubber or some shit like that. You know, but I was like pissed because I was holding my piss at the same time, you know. I was holding my piss. And also I was agitated because I was getting I was going to work late, and I was not the only one because I text I text my boss and I told him, you know what, I'm gonna be cut, I'm gonna be late. There was a bad accident in the fucking freeway and this and this and that, blah, blah, blah. And um, and they he told me that, oh yeah, I know. Um this the other employee texts her and text the boss too, and you know, it's they exchanged the words too, like, you know, oh yeah, they're in the same freeway you are in. I go, okay. You know, so we were both late to work. Like, I mean, because I started around four o'clock, right? So I got I clock I got in like around 4 34 because it is more around crash in the fucking freeway. You know thinking he was uh in a racetrack. You know? Thinking he was in a racetrack. These are the people that thinking they know how to drive and they lose out of control. An empty fucking freeway. How does that happen? He lost out of control, maybe. I don't know. So I looked at the I and you know, I should have recorded it or took took or take a picture of it, and I fucking I forgot it. I just go, shit, I should have fucking recorded it. Because we were all stalled. We were just everybody's all looky los, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, me too. I was like, motherfucker, I knew it was you. I knew you were gonna crash. I just knew you it was gonna happen to you because you were driving fucking fast. And if Alpha Sur was right there out there, and I had because I had my my I had lowered my window on my right side, the passenger, because I wanted to say something. I wanted to say, for fucking driving fast, motherfucker, for driving motherfucking fast. That's what happens. But I didn't say anything. I wanted to. If an officer was right there, I would have told him, Well, you could have saved his life. You could have saved his life. If you would have been patrolling the fucking freeway every five minutes or fit or ten minutes, it doesn't hurt. You would have saved this guy's life. Or you could have prevented him to start, I mean, for speeding like like a maniac 130 miles per hour on the freeway. You know. The CHP could have saved his life. I mean, I think I this is what I might I'm thinking in a mentality. I don't know their mentality, I don't know the the CHP. I'm thinking, you know what? If they want to fucking drive and kill themselves, so be it. I don't know. That's what I'm thinking. Let them fucking drive fast. Let them fucking kill themselves. But that motherfucker was driving fast. Like, fast. I mean, like he was going to the he wanted to go to the future, you know, like back to the future. But this was like this ain't wasn't 88. This was 130 miles per hour. And I see a lot of fucking cars that pass by me going fast. And they're behind me like if like I'm driving slow. I go, motherfucker, I'm driving fucking 75. You're driving like fucking 100 miles per hour, you're impatient, you're tailgating me. You know, and no CHP in sight. This young man, whoever it is, I mean, I hope it nothing bad happened. I hope he was alive. Or hope he wasn't. I mean, I don't I don't wish death to nobody, you know. But if they say the if the CHP was there, he they would have saved his life. If you if he was on alive, the CHP could have been around and saved his life. He could have they could have saved the life. But no, they're just they're too busy fucking babysitting Caltrans. Like if they didn't have nothing else to do. And then that's the worst time to when that's the worst time driving fast or drinking and driving at the at the morning. Like in the early hours, like three o'clock or two o'clock in the morning. Imagine that. No CHP around, not even in one site. Maybe they do, but like in maybe like two minutes and they're gone. But it was a it was horrible. It was the accident was really horrible, everybody. I mean, that's why I'm saying that you know, do not drink do not fucking drive fast because I I don't know. I didn't see another car was involved. I don't know if it was a two-car collision. I I was only paying attention to that the moron that got in the accident, the one that was driving fast. But it it was terrible. I I I was just focusing on that the unrecognizable car that that drew fast. He made a hit he might have hit somebody. But it was horrible. It was it was horrible.

Thee Gooch:

And and it was fresh too. It was fresh. I was like in the like maybe half half of the half of the like in the being stalled, like it just happened. Because if it would have if it would have happened later, I would have been stuck way in the back. Like, I mean way in the back. I would have been like maybe an hour late to work. But I think this car flipped like five times or six times. You know? Oh my gosh, it was terrible. And and just witnessing the car going fast, driving fast.

Joe:

I mean, you guys don't have consequences or something like that. You know what I'm saying? You guys don't have consequences what's gonna happen. You know, because you never know what's in the freeway. It could be an object on a freeway, or like a piece of wood, or you know, you never know. And you guys are driving fast and you see something on the freeway in front of you, you're gonna look you're gonna like swerve because you saw something. Maybe that's what happened. Maybe you saw something on a freeway, like an object on a freeway, and he fucking l he he swerved. Okay, he almost hit it, but he went he was going so fast. He lost out in control. That's what I though that's the way I see it. Because there's nothing in the fucking freeway around fucking two o'clock in the morning. You know what I'm saying? Unbelievable, man. You never know what could happen when you're driving fast. If everybody could just chill, you guys gonna make it. I mean, just what what what went on in this guy's mind? I mean what went on in his mind? Driving fucking fast like that. I mean, she's man. I mean, if I would fucking be driving fast like that, you know what I worry about? I worry about my fucking tires. I worry about the gas, especially the gas. It's like still high, you know? And losing out of control if I'll be driving fast. Or, you know, because you never you never know. You never know what's gonna be on the freeway. It could be an object being on a fucking freeway. Because there's a lot of fucking objects on the freeway. Okay. Sometimes I get all like worried or paranoid because of my tires, they might pop, you know, and shit like that because of the weather. It's so it's been fucking hot in LA. And uh it's it's and like a lot of object nails on the fucking freeway too, you know. A lot of junk. I mean, what went on this guy's mind driving fast like that? You know? Oh my gosh. I mean, sometimes when I when I witness that, when when I see a car all fucked up and all that shit, unright, unrecognizable. I I check inside if the person was in there. I I I checked inside, but I couldn't see it. I couldn't see it because uh the airbags were out. Let me tell you one thing. That car was unrecognizable. I just damn, you know, 130 miles per hour. Imagine. And then flipping, he might have been flipped in like maybe seven times. I mean I don't know. I don't want to exaggerate it, but in my guess, he looked like he flipped like five times or six. Because that car was real unrecognizable. I didn't think, I don't think he hit somebody because the the front of his car was not dent on the front. It just looked like he just went, he lost out of control and was going in. He flipped like maybe six times, you know. And I didn't see uh a car inside another car. I I didn't pay attention. I mean, I was just focusing on his car because that was the guy, that was the car I seen driving really cool, really fast. Like I'm talking about fuck, man. I hate to repeat it again. He was driving like at least more than 120 miles per hour. Because lately on my podcast, I've been mentioning 120 miles per hour, but this one was driving 130. I could tell. You could tell when how fast a car could go, you know. But yeah, it was it was really terrible. And I I I I mean, I hope he's okay, but I didn't want to get off. Hey, officer, is he okay? I mean, I would like to to know what everything went alright with the guy. You know. But yeah, you guys gotta chill out on driving out there because it's if you're driving more than 130 miles per hour, you never you never know what you're gonna see out there in the fucking road. You could see an object right there, and you're gonna lose a lot of control. Some people don't think like that. They just think, oh, I'm the fucking freeway's clean. It's it's it's clear. I could drive fast, whatever I want. I'm in the racetrack. That's crazy. And and and and I still can't believe a hundred and I mean, I still cannot believe 75 miles per hour is slow. You know, motherfuckers made me feel like an old man right there, you know? And they're you know, they're behind me like fuck, dude. Go, you know, if you don't like the way fucking driving, just go around me, pass by me. I don't care. I'm not gonna get mad. You know? Because those are the those are the ones that don't think about the consequences when they're driving fast, you know. Oh, it's not gonna happen to me. And sure enough, it did. And I fucking knew it. Once we were stopping already, I already knew all this guy crashed. I already, I already, I just I called it. I caught it. And I and I'm pretty sure he lost out of control. Maybe this is what I was thinking. Maybe he was going so fucking fast, zigzagging, okay? And one of the cars stopped the brake, and he he stopped his brake, and he swerved, almost hitting the car that was in front of him, but he's he didn't hit him. He swerved and then he lost out of control. Pow pow. And that's when he was probably you know flipping six six times. That's what I'm I'm speculating. That's that's the way um I'm thinking. What happened? Because he was driving fast. Like maybe he did something, maybe I don't know, you never know. Well, I mean, I was thinking a lot of shit on that shit when I saw it. I go, why are these motherfuckers driving fucking fast? I go, damn, you know, I go, shit, is there a fucking sale going on or was it Black Friday or something like that? You know, yeah, he has to go see Best Buy or something shit like that. Damn. But uh, I hope he's okay, but I blame this on uh the CHP. I blame this on the CHP. Because if they will be patrolling the freeway around like around 2 o'clock or 12 o'clock around there in the mornings, early hours, at least fucking patrol like 10 minutes, you know, on the freeway. Doesn't hurt. They don't do that anymore. And then if they do, they're just right there on the on the side of the road with their lights on, you know. Just maybe they're asleep. I'm here fucking wearing about I'm gonna eat all fucking let me lower my speed limit fucking to 65. No, I turn around, I look. They're on their fucking phone, texting, or maybe something like that, or maybe they're on their lunch, shit like that, and also they're in fucking babysitting Caltrans. I mean, don't you think that Caltrans could handle their own? I maybe their community service, but so what? Have a security guard that do that shit. You know, if the CHP would have been cruising around the fucking freeway every 10 minutes, they would have catched these speedsters. The speedsters. Okay. No questions asked. They would have saved this guy. And they would have they would have stopped him and given him a fucking speeding ticket. And then this guy would have if he was unalive today, which I don't know what happened what what went on, what happened to him, but if he's unalive, they would have saved him today. If they would have like stopped him for speeding. Driving recklessly. Like he didn't care about other people's lives. You know, reckless. Because that's not worth it. Just be patient. Be patient when you drive. Do not go tailgating someone that's in front of you, that's you're thinking is driving slow. He's not driving slow. He's driving fast too. He's driving like 70 miles per hour, and you're driving your level is like maybe 120, maybe 100 miles per hour, and you're behind him tailgating. You know, if you're gonna want to drive fast, go around him, pass by him. That's it, it's plain simple. And please use your turn signals too. Other people go too because they're in a hurry, they're impatient, they'll also break the law of going to the carpooling. Okay, which is bad. I mean, just by me doing it one time, I felt fucking like ugly, like I'm breaking the law, you know. Like fuck. It's technically you are breaking the law. Because there's supposed to be two or more people to go into carpooling. You know, unbelievable. And I'm pretty sure that the guy was driving fast, it was probably maybe like a young kid, because I don't know. Driving fast, man. I had I don't know, maybe he was drinking, you know. It was terrible, man. And just because of that incident, I went to work late. And I hate going to work late. Because it throws me off. Loses my rhythm. I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks that or feels that, you know. But you guys gotta be patient, man, because it's not worth risking your life driving fucking fast, especially when you guys are if you guys are drinking, don't do it. It's not worth it. It's not worth it, man. Hey now. I mean, it was terrible, man. I mean, shh, I should have recorded it so that way you guys could see it. Oh my gosh, it was like I don't know. I know the guy, and you know what? And the the fucked up part is that everything was the whole freeway was stalled. I was there like 25 minutes. And the paramedics came, the fire I call it. Yeah, the paramedics. The first responders, they came. And you know the fucked up part is they couldn't go through. They couldn't go through. They were signed, they were they were selling their engine, their sirens, and all that stuff. I mean, how can we? I mean, everybody was all stalled. All traffic, you know, it was it was all congested because of this accident. And the poor guy is probably like fighting for his life. And the first responders and the paramedics, well, you know, paramedics they couldn't get through to the scene because how? Because that there was traffic. How are we gonna fucking move? We're gonna we're trying to squeeze every squeeze in, like squeeze out of there so they could fucking go through to the scene to save the guy. I mean, if you would have saw this accident, you would have probably think the same way that no, this guy didn't make it. Because who would who would survive that accident? You know what I'm saying? Who will survive it? I know I wouldn't. I'm 52 years old. I think I think if that would have happened to me, I'd I think I would have been gone. I would have been gone. It would have been it. Because that car was totaled. I mean, totaled. Because when you you especially when you're especially when you're older, your your body changes, you know, your muscles, your heart, especially your heart, it changes. And if you're going through an impact like that, your whole system, your body, your brain, it wobbles. If you're going through an impact like from like a big accident, your whole heart part it moves, your whole body moves, your brain moves. And you if you get in a car accident like that, with impact, it's like you just went asleep right away. Just like in the blink of an eye. And I thank God every day to protect me on these fast drivers, because they're idiots. They're just driving fast, no care in the world. I almost got a hit-on collision because LAPD, the police officers were driving fast because uh they were chasing uh it was it, it was a high-speed pursuit. Okay, and lucky, because I usually have that habit once we're stopped, it was a red light, and if the green, the and when the light turned green, uh you always have the habit going fast. Don't I don't wait and then turn, make left and turn, make you know, look both ways. I just put on the gas and go fast. But something like I think God told me, or an angel told me not to press the gas. Don't accelerate yet. Like it, I was about to, but I didn't. Because I had my I you gotta think about it. I had my music loud, and I just I don't know, something just told me not to fucking accelerate, just wait, and then I was nearly hit by an inch. I I you you just I just felt the wind going fast on this high-speed pursuit. It just went foom real fast. If I would have accelerated to an extent, I would have been gone. I wouldn't this happen like on actually last year, September, the same month. It was like almost an uh anniversary. If I would have died that that that day last year, September uh 4th, this would have been my anniversary. Well, last week would have been my anniversary. Because trust me, that high-speed pursuit was going so fast, the whoever they were chasing, it would have took me out. It would have took me out. I didn't, I don't think I will be here today talking to you guys right now. And I thank the Lord every day. I thank the Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua, my Lord and Savior, that I pray that He He protect me right there. And I I always thank him. And and I when that happened, I go, damn, I would have not, I would, I wouldn't not, I would have been in the hospital right now. I would have been dead. I would have died. I told my cousin, I told my sister, I told my brother, the Gooch. You know, I told him, Gooch, you know, you would have lost me today. This would have been my anniversary last week. A year ago. Because high-speed pursuit, it would have took me out. They were going fucking fast. Not fast as a guy that that happened today in the freeway, not as fast as that. They were going the pursuit was like about probably like 100 miles per hour, you know, maybe 120. But I was this close, like maybe like an inch hitting me, almost hitting me. If I would have accelerated more, I would have been gone. I would have you would have seen me. You now you see me, now you don't. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, that's how it went. You see me, DC Joel? Boom. Now you don't. I would have disappeared right out of the picture. I mean, it was when that happened, I go, Oh my gosh. Oh, I go, I was thanking the Lord. I was thanking him. Thank you, Lord Jesus, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, Jesus. Because something told me not to accelerate. And I was having loud, I was listening to loud music, one of my music. I was listening to my music. It was and it was loud, and I didn't hear no sirens and anything like that. I didn't hear no cops with sirens, the police sirens. I didn't hear that. Because why? Because I had my live, my I had my loud music on. That's why it's really bad when you're having loud music when you're in your car. When people when you guys are listening loud music, there's people out there that they have their their surround inside their inside their car, they're listening real loud, you know? Because you never know, you you you can't you can't hear what's what's the sirens, you can't even hear the the paramedics when they're coming and things like that, etc. That's why it's really bad to have loud music. And actually, it's on the DMV manual, too, the handbook. You cannot use any uh headphones when you're you're listening to music. You have to have you gotta use hands free. You can't even text anymore. Well, you can't, literally, it's illegal. Now, from what I heard, well, the law is you gotta have your your two hands on the steering wheel and all, you gotta be seen with your hands on your steering wheel. They don't want your hands touching anything, they want you to to use your hands on the steering wheel because they don't want you to touch the phone. They don't want you on the phone. And if uh police officer or CHP, whatever you want to call it, call them, see you putting your head down, they already know you're texting. Even if you have it on speaker, if you have your phone on and you're talking on speaker, they could they could pull you over for that. But that's that's a different story, right? Because where are they at? They're not even the fucking on freeways. Because this guy, I don't know if he got killed on this accident today in the morning. If that was true. The CHP would have done something about it, right? And they're making these laws that if you you can't touch the phone, you can't be on your phone. You have to have your hands on a steering wheel now. They got it. Your hands gotta be seen now on the steering wheel. But I don't know. I don't see no CHP on the freeway. I don't see no CHPs on a fucking on the on the streets. Or the police officers, or LEP Day, whatever, wherever city you're at. I don't see them around. They're just dicking around. But today I'm I was really disappointed because CHP could have saved this guy for stop to stop him for speeding. But there was no CHP around. And if he lost his life, well, I blame that to the CHP because the CHP could have just prevented that. And I usually don't go for the the speedsters. You know? I usually don't go for I go for the the others the other ones like the the the officers, the CHP, I go for them, the high wheel patrol. Just catch these guys that are speeding. But I blame the CHP on this one because they could have saved this guy. I mean, it could have been a disaster. This guy was drying, he was this guy was driving so fucking fast, he could have affected the whole freeway. It could have been a chain reaction. Who knows what? My god, wrong button. It could have been a chain reaction. If this, if it would have been traffic, and this guy was just driving fucking fast, and everybody's just piling and piling, it's crashing, every every car was just crashing, including I, or including me, you know, on the freeway too. It could have been a big mess. Imagine, imagine they're thinking making flying vehicles. Imagine that. Shit, I don't think. I think every fucking car that's flying right now would be uh being falling from the sky. And you know what? And that happens, they're gonna kill somebody. It's gonna be landing on the houses. Imagine that shit. I think that's just a fantasy. That shit ain't gonna happen. But I heard it's already in the making. There's one car that's already made, it's doable to fly up in the sky, you know, and I think it's somewhere in Europe and somewhere around there. I don't know. But I think that that'll be a big mistake if they allow that. But they do have a flying car. It's already made. They don't want to say anything. Well, they said something about it. It's already, uh, there's there is a flying car, but they don't want to release it yet. I'm pretty sure they made it right, they already made a few room, a few, a few room already. I'm already falling asleep already, guys. You could tell by my my my speech is already like I'm something I'm drunk. But they already made plenty of them already. Huh. Like back to the future, you know, back to the future too, you know. Oh my gosh, if that happens, forget it. That's it, guys. They're gonna we're gonna we all we're all gonna think that they're bombing us and shit because these cars are going so fucking they're flying so fast now. I'm thinking driving, they're flying fast and they lose out of control and they crash one one another like kamikaze, and what all these cars are falling from the sky, land to lands to your house. Perhaps if it lands to your house, what's gonna happen there? You know, they don't think about that shit, right? But maybe it's gonna be certain places to fucking dry these flying cars. I don't know. Maybe they're gonna have like, you know, when you go to airlines or you go to an airplane or airport, when you go to a destination, you go to Texas, they gotta go some certain way, you know. I don't know, I'm not an aviator, but just imagine flying cars and the way these knuckleheads drive. Bad enough, they're driving fast on the freeways and the streets, and then they don't even fucking stop on you, they don't even stop on stop signs anymore. They don't yield stop signs. They don't believe in the yield stop, the yield stop signs, you know, and they still pass red uh red lights. Imagine that. Let alone they're venting flying cars, shit. Unbelievable. I think they're right. They want depopulate the people. Is this their way of depopulating the population? You know? Because the way I look at it today when I saw that accident. Oh, let them fucking drive fast. Let them drive fast, let them kill themselves driving. That's the way I look at it. Every morning when I go to that freeway, no fucking CHP on sight. No, but what do they do? Maybe like five more miles or right there fixing some shit on the road, in the freeway, like they're fixing a ramp. And they're right there babysitting country, you know. And I'm right here trying to slow down because they're right there. Oh shit, they don't even they're not even paying attention. You know, I mean, I'm not saying it's easy to be a CHP officer, but if it was me, I would have been on it. You know. I would have been on it. I mean, you CHP, you gotta get your shit together, man. You guys gotta get your shit together because there's people you could you could have prevented this accident, to be honest. To be honest, you guys could have you guys could have prevented this shit. Motherfucker was driving fast. He didn't even fucking care. I mean, I know it's his fault. The guy that was driving. I know it's his fault. It was his his choice to drive like that. You know, it was his choice, to be honest. I mean, for him to to think about the consequences, I think he really figured that out. But if they would if the CHP would have saw him fucking flying like a son of a biscuit eater, you know what I'm saying? And he would have pulled him pulled him over for speeding, he would have survived. He would have had just a ticket and go by his day, whatever he was in a hurry, you know. I'd rather be late than dead, you know what I'm saying? But yeah, so but no, that guy chose to drive fast. And the cop would have just no cop in sight. But uh like I said again, I blame the CHP on this because they could have prevented it and give him a ticket, and maybe the guy would have like thought of it, you know what? I'm not gonna do it no more. I'm not gonna drive fast. But from what I heard and read, some people when once they get their ticket, they pay it, oh, I'm gonna do it again. It's because it's literally a $500 ticket. I don't know how but how much is it now? And maybe went up, maybe it's probably $600 now. But shit, I don't wanna fucking go to traffic school, you know? Maybe he said, Oh fuck it, I'm gonna just gonna pay it. I don't want to go to fucking traffic school. Yeah, he's gonna pay it and then he's gonna fucking speed off again. Maybe he's been doing this fucking quite often, you know, driving fast on the freeway like that, and and it just time happened. It was his time. You know? Because we all have time, you know. We are there's always a limit of things like shit like this. You know, you keep doing it, you keep doing it, you keep doing it. Something's gonna about to happen to make it stop, you know. Just to make it stop. Well, that's what I saw today when I went to work in the morning and I got late for it. I was 35 or 34 minutes late. Because I use I'm usually early there on time on my job. Now that motherfucker made me late to work. You know, he made everybody late to work, in other words. You know, for his stupidity, for not being patient. He was impatient. He was the one who was in a hurry. Maybe he had to go to work. Oh shit, I'm gonna be fucking late, you know. I'm gonna be fucking late to work. You know, I'm gonna be late to work, I'm gonna be late to work. Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit. And then he's the one that's late to work. You know? No, he's the he's the one that he made all us, all of us late to work. You know, I mean, I I feel bad. I felt bad when I saw that that car all dismantled, unrecognizable. But I think CHP should fucking put their act together and start fucking patrolling the highways and start saving lives. Because back in the 90s and 80s, or back in the back then, they were around the freeways. Every fucking constantly they were they're around the freeways, every fucking five minutes, maybe less than five minutes, they're around the freeways. Now you don't see that shit no more. You know? Shame on you guys. You know, I'm all for the love. You go catch me. If I'm driving fast and I get caught speeding and I get a ticket, applaud them. Because you know what, you're doing your job. You're doing your job. I'm not gonna get angry because that was my fucking fault for fucking going fast. You know, that's my fault. That was my my responsibility. You know what? Let me chill, let me go with a speed limit, 65 miles per hour speed limit. Let me go with that speed limit. But I chose going fast and I got a speeding ticket. Hey, he the officer prevented me to have an accident. Because I could have killed somebody out there. You know, I wouldn't get mad if I got a speeding ticket, you know, because he did his job, he prevented me, you know. If I would have gone fast, I would have probably had an accident and hurt somebody out there, you know. That's consequences, you know? You know. He was thinking about my safety. Or others other people's safety on the freeway. But that didn't happen today in the morning. I mean, I don't know, I don't know if it's me. I'm feeling like this, but they don't give a fuck anymore. You know, they don't have pride about their job anymore. Like, I wanna go, I wanna catch these speedsters, you know, they're fucking just you know doing what they're wanting the freeway, speeding like if they're in a fucking racetrack. But just be safe out there, guys. Just chill, relax. Don't be the guy that don't be that guy that's driving fast, that owns the road, that knows how to control your car, and you lose a lot of control, and you're going five times spinning on your car because you had that accident, flipping five times or six times. I mean, I'd rather be safe than sorry, you know what I'm saying? And do not do not drink and drive, please. I mean it's it's bad enough people speed, and then you guys are drinking drive, drinking and driving, and then you're speeding at the same time. I mean, it's bad. I mean, you guys gotta be careful out there. There's you know, you whether you believe it or not, at that time, like around 12 o'clock in the morning or 11 o'clock at night, or when it gets to 2 o'clock in the morning, there's children children in a car driving. The parents are driving and they have children. You don't think they're not you're you might think they're a home at sleep, but there's some children out there inside those cars. Okay. There are some children in those cars, you know, with their parents. They're probably going on a vacation and all that shit, you know. But uh something to think about. It's something to think about, everybody. It's not worth it. I know you want to be that top dog, you know, like you want to be fast and all that shit. And with showing off your car, I get it, you know. I get it. I was a kid once. You want to show off your car? Because it it hustle, it has a lot of muscle on that fucking engine. You know what I'm saying? I get it. I wasn't I was once young before, but I didn't have a fast car. You made my, I mean, the way I see the cars now these days made my car look like a big wheel. I don't know what you want to call it, but uh, you make my car look like a piece of shit. You know? No hating though. But you guys gotta be careful and drive responsible, you know. And the CHP, I got a message for you. Get your shit together, man. Get your shit together, start fucking patrolling the highways, stop babysitting Caltrans, let them figure their shit out. Maybe I don't understand what's going on on that shit because you know, every time they work on the fucking freeways like that, like that, it's like causing more accidents. Because they, I mean, they should know there's a lot of people out there. They're impatient when they're driving. If you're impatient driving, do not drive at all. Do not drive at all. If you don't have no patience, do not drive at all. I mean, if you have road rage, do not drive at all. Take, you know, relax. Take a rest. Take a nap or something. Do not drive at all if you're not, you know, have no patience. I mean, because if um when when I don't feel like I want to drive, I just stay home. You know what? I know I don't feel like fucking driving. I'm just gonna order my market in Walmart or some shit. You know what I'm saying? If I if you know, because I'm the type of person that, I mean, I gotta get my shit all at once, and then that's it. I'm I'm gonna be home. If I'm gonna go shop, I'm gonna shop all at once. And then I'll just stay home the whole my whole day off, my two day offs. You know? Because I I don't know. For some time, for some reason, every time I drive, it's like fuck. There's a lot of fucking idiot drivers out there. They don't turn signal, they don't know, you don't know if they're gonna make a left or right. They don't yield on stop signs, especially when it's traffic, you know. That's why I just took my time. You know what? I'm just gonna do all my once I get out of work, I'm gonna go shopping, get all my fucking mandalos, all my my fucking groceries. I'm just gonna get everything all I want and just go home and drink my fucking 12 pack. I'm good. I'm gonna rest the whole the rest of my two days off. And then the next day I go to work. And start a new week. You know what I'm saying? You with me? Follow? Well, that's it, guys. I'm done. I'm sleepy, I'm hungry, and uh hey now. That's all I can say. You know, I want to say more, but today was uh unbelievable morning, what I witnessed today. And it's it's sad. It's really sad. It comes to that to that to that lesson, you know, you don't if you're not in a I mean if you're in a hurry driving fast and you end up in the accident, you're having a car accident. Sad. It's really sad because this guy was just driving fast. You know? I know, I mean it's in the way it's his it that was his choice. What he did. And the other hand, too, it was the CHP. They should have been around on the freeways in those hours. They know better. It sucks. But I I hope he's okay. Okay, don't get me wrong, I hope he's okay. But that was his choice. Okay. But he made everybody late to work. Let me tell you one thing. But I know I mean, it sucks. It's it's what it is, I guess. You know, and there's nothing I can say. It's just that be careful out there, be safe. Do not drink and drive, especially today's Friday, and then the next day is Saturday. You know, anything could change. And um, just be safe out there, everybody. Do not drink and drive again. Um, my name is Joe and the Gucci, the host of the podcast. Thank you for tuning in, listening, downloading our podcast.
