I'm sure I am Getting up in the morning, like 1 o'clock in the morning, going to work, getting ready. I just feel the cold breeze already. So, um, new the um. What I heard today is uh, ps5, the PlayStation, is really going to give out, you know, but I've been wanting to play my old PlayStation games and all that stuff. I mean, I know all you listeners out there would like to be playing your old classic games. Well, I heard in the news today that PS5, or PlayStation, is going to be giving out 1,300 games from the classic games like, let's say, crash, coupe, vandercoupe, you know all of them, all those classic PS1, ps2, and PS3. They're going to be putting that in a game. I think they're going to be putting it in the Play Store. So I think you might have to order it or just buy your PlayStation gift card, whatever it is. I'm already set. I already got mine. So I'm just waiting for this game. I've been waiting for these classic games to be put on on PS4 or maybe the new PS5. So all these new games are going to become one of the new games. The classic games like PS1, ps2, and PS3, they're going to be putting on in the PS5 console pretty soon. So I'm happy about that, because I've been waiting for that moment.

There's some games that I want to play, and you know the games that I had back then. I lost them. I don't even know what happened to my games. You know I lend them out to, you know families and, and I never got them back. But that's kind of sucks, right. But um, yeah, but um yeah, that's what I heard from the news today. And um, ps is the playstation is going to be sending out 1300 classic games back in when it used to be ps1, ps2 and ps3, and I think that's it, yeah, so I can't wait.

There's some certain games that I want to play Parasite Eve 1 and Parasite Eve 2 and Beautiful Joe. I don't know if anyone out there Knows that game. It's not beautiful, it's V as Beautiful Joe. That's an awesome game. I mean it's like a comic, you know, like a comic strip. As View-tiful Joe, that's an awesome game. I mean it's like a comic, you know, like a comic strip, and then you just he's like jumping around and things like that.

Speaker 1:

I miss that game. It's called View-tiful Joe and the one and only game I wanted to play so fucking badly, man, when I first got my PS1 and I got my PS2, parasite Eve and Parasite 2. I'm just hoping that it will upgrade that game to a newer game, parasite 3 or something like that, and I'm looking forward to that game. I'm still waiting for them to make a Parasite 3 in PS5, or maybe PS4, you know, but that's the game. You know, that game was so fucking awesome. I I mean, I loved it. The girl, I mean even the girl was hot, not to be a perv, but um, but um, yeah, even the girl was hot, you know, in the and it's just a game, but yeah, so I just want to play that game so badly.

Speaker 1:

I had the two games PS5, I mean the Parasite Eve and Parasite 2. And I lost that game. You know how, when years go by, when you have something like an antique. You don't even know it's an antique. I mean, and the games are gone, I go. How do my games disappear all of a sudden? I go, maybe I lend it to a family member or a friend. You never get them back. You never get them back. It's always that I miss that game Parasite 1, parasite Eve 2. I miss that game. Parasite 1, parasite Eve 2. I missed that game. Parasite Eve 1, parasite Eve 2, and Beautiful Joe, and there's more out there. There's more games than PS2, ps1, ps3, and all that stuff. There's more out there, but I think those were my top. Oh, and Silent Hill.

But the one I really want for them to bring back is Parasite Eve. They shouldn't I'm not remake it. I think they should make a part three so it could be on PS5. I don't, I don't. I don't know why it didn't make. I mean that game was good. I mean it was really fucking awesome. I love that game. I just hope they bring it back for a PS5. Maybe a Parasite Eve 3. I hope so, you know. So PS3 makers out there, or PlayStation, the CEO from PlayStation, can you please make a new game of Parasite Eve 3? Because you know, not a remake. Just bring it back. Parasite Eve 3 or something, make it part three, because it only went to part two. So I want a part three. So that's what I'm waiting for.

Speaker 1:

I mean, it's a good game because it's almost like Resident Evil, but it's like a biohazard that got bad, got wrong and people got formed to monsters or something like that. It's really interesting. I fucking love that fucking game. So I don't know if you guys know about it, but hit me up, send me a text message on the end of my show notes and that way you could explain yourself if you ever knew about the game or heard about the game or play the game. And it's a real awesome game. Let me tell you one thing it's a really awesome game.

Well, I'm pretty sure it's going to be expensive, but I just hope they take it easy on us on that. So, yeah, that's the good news 1,300 classic PS1, ps2, ps3 games. It's on our way. So let's see how it goes, Because I can't wait to order them or whatever. How they're going to do it. It's maybe a plan or I don't know. We'll see how it goes. Okay, so, whoever's a gamer out there? So yeah, I'm a gamer at times, but sometimes I don't have time because I'm at work and I get exhausted, like mentally and all that stuff, and I want to play, and then I go, oh, you know, I'm fucking tired, I'm sleepy, so yeah, but right now I'm still on God of War on my PS5. I'm still playing them. I'm still playing the God of War. So, still playing them, I'm still playing the god of war. So, um, it's a good game. It's a great game.

Speaker 1:

I like it, I really love it a lot, and I'm also, I'm still I'm. You know what. There's games that they're still brand new. I mean, that's how much time I don't have. You know, I don't have that time, you know, like when I was a kid, because obviously, obviously we used to go to school and we didn't have to work. You know where we're just you playing all day with PlayStation, you know, or Nintendo, especially the Nintendo, especially the Nintendo, where we used to play a lot with Super Mario Brothers. Oh man, that was really, oh, that was really addictive, man. I mean, I just literally was stuck to the TV. I didn't even let my dad watch TV because I was all hooked on it.

Speaker 1:

So talk about back then. You know, everything was cheap. But now you look at it, back then it was expensive. Now we look at it, it's fucking. It was cheap.

Speaker 1:

You know, the Latendo, back then, the entertainment system, the special edition one with Robbie the robot, it was only $147 for the whole system, you know. And back then it was a lot. You know, back there was a lot and and we in it was expensive. But now we look at it and this time, in day and age of 2024, it's cheap 147, it's true. I could probably bought if I was in that day, if, and if that would have happened this day selling that product, you know how many I would have bought. I would have probably bought like three, 147, that latendo special edition, robbie with with the robbie with the robot, you know.

So, yeah, it was really cheap back then, but you know, we look at it like that now. So just imagine, geez, man, miss those days. Man, that was back in 1985, man, I can remember. Geez, that's when Nintendo came out, you know, their first premiere, you know. So, yeah, guys, I like to play the PS5 a lot, but sometimes I just don't have time. Sometimes I play Fortnite and all that stuff. Like I said, again, I don't have time, but other than that that's the news PS, or the PlayStation, is bringing up 1300 classic games to the PS5. Classic games to the PS5.

Speaker 1:

Well, you know, like I was, like I'm totally exhausted and I don't know if you can tell my voice, but I just came out of work and I'm learning new things. You know, every day, as a supervisor or whatever you want to call me but I don't know if one of you people out there, all your listeners out there, feel the same way that I do that you know there's new things. You got to learn every day, right as a supervisor or manager or whatever you want to be. You know, and sometimes I mean, sometimes I just I don't, I have, sometimes I struggle listening, understanding things because they put me in a different department. Okay, and my previous department was much easier. So they put me in a different department and now it's like it's a lot of computering, it's a lot of moving around, moving numbers and all that stuff, and you know, I'm getting to know it.

Speaker 1:

I mean, they barely put me in the department and it's like I've been there for already three. I've been there in this department for three weeks and I still don't know the damn shit. You know, and I still don't know the damn shit. It's like it's too hard to comprehend. You know it's like it's too hard to comprehend. You know it's like damn, I still don't get it, but I'm getting there, I'm getting there.

Speaker 1:

I mean, the ones that work with me, like Michael managing me, I just give them kudos for being patient with me and stuff like that, because the supervisor work is not an easy task for people like me. I mean I haven't. To be honest, I'm not that smart. I'm just the average guy who just graduated 12th grade with a diploma on him. But I'm not intelligent, I'm not Iber Einstein and shit like that. But I mean I learned from common sense, okay, things Einstein, you know, and shit like that. But I mean I learned from common sense okay, things that you know it's common sense and they're quite obvious. You know things like that. But I learned things every day at work. Okay, and just for being a supervisor, you know you learn things every day. I mean, sometimes I don't get it, sometimes I do, sometimes you know what, sometimes I'm.

Speaker 1:

You know they got to see it in their way that I'm waking up fucking early in the morning, like around, say, like 12 o'clock in the morning getting ready. I have to get ready by 1.30 and leave the house at 2.30. Sometimes I wake up late because I'm really exhausted and sometimes I cannot sleep. I mean they got to look at it in their shoes that. You know maybe Joel's exhausted, maybe he didn't sleep or he hasn't slept. He's tired and sleepy, maybe he doesn't. You know, brain doesn't function or something like that. Sometimes I am, I'm really exhausted, sometimes I. You know gosh, you know I don't think I could cut it as a supervisor anymore. You know what I mean. I'm getting exhausted. You know my mentality. I'm into exhaustion. You know I'm getting exhausted already.

Speaker 1:

You know the drive is killing me. I mean I gotta go, I gotta get there. I mean the drive is like 45 minutes to go to work. You know it's killing me and killing my car. And you know my sleep, I mean I have to get ready to go to sleep around 6 o'clock. I only got like 4 hours of sleep, right. So I gotta get up at, let's see, at 12 o'clock well, 1230,. You know, I mean it's exhausting, you know.

Speaker 1:

And I had to find a nearby location, transfer to another location where I could go, because I mean, look, I like the sort I am, the shift that I am. Where I'm at, the hours are good, I love those hours 4 to 10. That's only about five hours, right, or maybe six hours. And, like I tell them, I like these hours, I like going to work early and coming out early. I've got no problem with that. But the problem is is the drive and getting there.

Speaker 1:

I know some people say why don't you move around in that location? Why don't you move in that direction? Why don't you live in this city? I go, you know what? Some people tell me that it's expensive in that city. It's really it's not cheap, you know. So that's what's kind of stopping me, you know. So I cannot bitch and whine, I just gotta suck it up and just go and do my thing, you know.

Speaker 1:

But, um, I think that's the one of the reason why I'm having difficulties. Um, understanding thing, because I'm I'm exhausted, I'm tired, and you know, waking up early and and, yeah, I mean, I give the one that's micromanaging me, I give him a lot of kudos and credit because he has to be patient of, you know me, him showing me how to do it and he's being really patient, you know, and I'm thankful for that, you know, and I respect that. But I'm real smart guy and um, it's just that, uh, it's early in the morning and I mean I, it's just like I feel like my brain's having my brain hasn't woken up yet, you know. But, um, I don't know if all of you out there feel the same way I do. You know you're tired, exhausted, you know you to do this early in the fucking morning and this and that, and maybe I'm different, maybe because I'm older and getting older, and you know I'm a like a grandfather or boomer just needs to go to sleep or something. But yeah, it happens, you know. But I mean, yeah, I mean I'm learning, I hope I'm getting it right and, you know, sometimes I do little mistakes.

Speaker 1:

No one's perfect. You know you learn from your mistakes. I know I made mistakes so many times and I keep doing them and doing them. But that's the problem. I'm going to improve it, I'm going to get better at it, and the more mistakes I do, I'm going to get better at it. You know, I'm going to get better and better and maybe I'll end up being the best. Who knows? But that's the way it is. You know, I learn every day and I know I'm not the only one.

Speaker 1:

All you listeners out there that have work, you know, go through this the same way as I do, but it's just, it's something. It's really challenging. Let me tell you one thing it's really challenging and I told um my boss. You know this is a really challenged um department, because the previous department that I was in, it was in. It was just really mild. It wasn't. It's like um, a department for beginners, okay, and the department that they put me, it's like. So it's like when you're playing a game, you go, you go from easy and you go from easy to hard and you go forward to difficult, you know. So my department, my new department that they put me in, it's difficult, okay, and the department I want my previous department was easy, you know, so that's the only way I could put it. But yeah, so you know I'm I'm getting, I'm learning every day.

Speaker 1:

You know, um, like I said, if you guys are feeling the same way I'm feeling, everybody makes mistakes. You know everybody makes mistakes. Don't take it to the heart, you know, if you're feeling bad, you know sometimes I do feel bad because my boss is like don't you get it, joe? You know it's really easy, you know. You know some people learn differently. You know I learn differently. You know, just because this boss, he's been doing it for years as a manager. You know he's already used to it. I'm not. This is years as a manager. You know he's already used to it. I'm not.

Speaker 1:

This is like my, like my third year being a supervisor and I'm barely getting to know everything. You know that's not, and that's only half of it. That's not even all I learned. There's a lot to learn in that company where I'm at, where I work. It's a lot to learn, you know. And but the department that I am, I love doing that department or different departments.

Speaker 1:

I'm in department four and others. No, I'm in department five. My previous department was four and department four was easy and they put me in department five and it ended up being difficult. So I'm trying to get to learn everything. I'm being patient myself, not to panic, just to be calm, to try to focus, but sometimes I get distracted. When I get distracted I lose focus and I forget things and I get lost where I'm at. But I think I'm improving. I don't know if he's feeling the same way, if I'm improving much better than three weeks ago. I don't know if he's feeling the same way If I'm improving more, much better than three weeks ago. I don't know. But that's not only because of changing on the computers and all that stuff, changing the sequences and all that stuff in the computer. There's a lot more to learn.

Speaker 1:

My employees got to put the items in the right shelves, you know. So that's what. And the employees don't put the right items in the shelf. I could get a coaching or like I could get a talk, a verbal documentation or a written documentation, things like that. So I told my employees you know, this has got to stop. You guys got to put the right items in the right shelves and all that stuff and in the right destinations. You know, if just keeps going on, they're going to write, they're going to give me a uh, a documentation and they're going to make me give you guys a documentation. So we got to get all these items directly where they go at, in the shelves, correctly, where they belong, no mess ups or anything like that. So I mean, I learn every day. You know, I know it's, you know I'm three years, I'm being a supervisor.

Speaker 1:

But there's different things. You know. There's some that there's people out there that are supervisors. They know it by heart because they they have a lot of experience than I do. You know I have a lot of experience being in the company, yes, doing moving around and all that stuff, putting items quickly with a fast pace yes, but being a supervisor I've been, only I've been. I've been a supervisor for only like three years already.

Speaker 1:

Right, the bosses been there in that company maybe less than, let's say, 10 years, maybe like that, maybe 10 years, and they got more experience because they were probably, they're smart and they're intellectuals and they get it quicker and some went to college to go to school and all that stuff and they learned quicker and they got the method real quick. They only will. They were probably um stalkers for maybe like six months and they became managers and maybe like in two more months two months they became supervisors and then after that supervisor to become managers and then managed to become the higher manager, whatever, I don't know what you want to name it. But yeah, I mean the intellectuals, they get there quicker and they're good with numbers, you know, and that's the problem that I have. But I could work physically real good with no complaints and all that stuff.

Speaker 1:

But when it comes to like supervising and all that stuff, you've got to engage with your employees, you know. And then you've got to do the paperwork and all the admin work and all that stuff. And you know it's a lot on your plate, you know, and it's a lot going on. But sometimes you've got to be a real, real good multitasker to do all these certain things. I don't know. I mean, I'm good on multitasking, but I don't think I'm that good because it's a lot going on in Department 5. So I'm trying my best. I'm doing my best. I'm trying to do what my boss is telling me to do it the right way, do it this way. I try, but sometimes I forget it. Just, you know it.

Speaker 1:

Just boop, once I get distracted, one talks to me hey, someone has a problem. You know what my stomach hurts and you know I just threw up and all this. You know things like that. That's all I call distracting. Because you're being busy doing your work, you know, to get your, your department set up and all that stuff, and, um, someone has a problem. They want to ask you a question. You know it doesn't bother me none, but it's things like that.

Speaker 1:

I got to learn how to do it. Excuse me, I got to learn how to deal with. You know I'm going to get distracted no matter what. And my, my job, and that's the way it goes. He told me too. You know what. You're going to get distracted, joe. You're going to get distracted and you've got to learn to do it quick. When you're in the computer you're going to change your department numbers and all that stuff. They're going to talk to you. They're going to go up to you. They're going to say any problems? They're going to tell you things. Yes, you're going to get distracted, but you got to be good at it, you got to focus it. You could tell your employees wait, give me a second, I'll talk to you in a little while. Just give me time to fix my paperwork and I'll get back to you in five minutes, okay? So yeah, I get real distracted real quick.

Speaker 1:

I mean, like I said, said again, I'm learning, learning and learning, and it's good at first. When I first started, I go, oh my god, this is really, really, really too much for me, because this department was really difficult. But I think I'm getting better at it now, but it's just that I get nervous for some reason. Was really difficult, okay, but I think I'm getting better at it now. But it's just that I get nervous for some reason, especially when you're getting micromanaged. You know, you get nervous when someone's just behind you, just talking to you, just watching what you're doing. I'm just on the computer. It's like someone's, like it's not I'm taking it like they're bugging me. It's just that every time I'm doing something when someone's like it's it's not, I'm taking it like they're bugging me. It's just that every time, um, I'm doing something when someone's behind me, I feel like I get nervous because they're there's, they're putting pressure on you, they're putting heat on you or I don't know. It's what I feel and I think that's why that's how I mess up.

Speaker 1:

You know, because you know they're, they're calling you and uh, walkie talkies and all that stuff. And you and they go hey, joe, go here, joe, what is this Joe? What is that? Joe, wait a minute, give me a second. Let me just fix whatever I have to do first and then I'll get to you, I'll let you know.

Speaker 1:

And you know it's funny because I could talk all this on the podcast and what I'm saying right now, talk to you real good, all you listeners out there, I'm trying to reach out to you out there, but when it's different, when you're at work and you have a walkie-talkie and you're trying to do communication with your fellow employees, your workers, your coworkers, it's difficult for me. It's funny. I could do all this. I could talk on the podcast, I could say what's up To you guys out there, and. But when it comes to me On the walkie talkie, I'm like Scared as shit.

Speaker 1:

You know I'm like Speechless, I can't say anything. I don't know what the fuck I can say. You know it's weird. You know, you know it's weird. You know it's fucking weird. I could say all this, but when it comes to walkie talkie, I'm like all you hear is like, well, they do, joe, um, do you copy, joe, do you copy? And they're getting upset because I don't respond and it's weird, you know.

Speaker 1:

And then I don't sound right when I'm in the radio on a walkie talkie, you know, and sometimes I'm afraid to say something wrong. You know, like sometimes I'm worried I won't make sense. I mean it's not like I do make sense in my podcast. You know things like that, probably I don't. You know, I don't know if I mean it's not like I do make sense in my podcast. You know things like that, probably I don't. You know, I don't know if you guys noticed that.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, sometimes I get really nervous, you know, when they're micromanaging you and they're behind you You're trying to do your thing and you know it doesn't bother me. I'm really appreciated. My boss is there micromanaging me because I'm I'm worried I might mess up and um, and then it's and I kind of like give him kudos because he's being patient. There's some, there's some other managers. They just fucking give up. It's like I mean they just give up and you know, you know what's not learning, just get rid of him. You know things like that. But that's what I'm worried.

Speaker 1:

But I love my job, I love to do it. Don't get me wrong, I love to do it. You know, it's really it's just me, it's just when I get out too early in the morning going to work, I mean it's difficult. You know, I've got to find a new location nearby where I live, at at least 15 minutes away from where I live, you know, and I'm trying to find a spot but there's no openings right now. But it's waking up in the morning. It's really difficult for some job like this, for being a supervisor. You know, some of the managers over there, like my bosses, they live in that area. They live in that area and it's easy for them to say because you know they just live like maybe 15 minutes away from there.

Speaker 1:

You know, and me I have to wake up like two hours before getting to go to work. I gotta like wake up at 12 in the morning or 12 30 in the morning and then get, take a shower and then get ready and I have to leave the house around two. So that's like two hours. I wasted two hours of sleep right there. I lost two hours of sleep or maybe more. I have to wake up around 1230 in the morning and have to go to sleep at least at 6 o'clock in the morning. I mean, I have to go to sleep at six o'clock in the afternoon, pm. Six o'clock, pm.

You know it's kind of tough, you know. And um, I mean I it doesn't bother me, I'm used to it already, but is it like I'm feeling it already? You know, I can't even walk the fucking stairs anymore. You know, I gotta take the elevator now. Before, when I was like fucking 25 years old, I used to walk the stairs like like nothing you know. And now I gotta.

Speaker 1:

I think when I'm going up, I gotta go to the elevator. I can't walk in the stairs up when you're going up, when you're going up, it's kind of difficult now, and I'm thinking that goes for everybody. I think I'm not the only one. I think it's it's easy going down now, and I'm thinking that goes for everybody. I think I'm not the only one. I think it's easy going down than going up. You know what I'm saying. So, yeah, I got to use the goal. When I'm trying to go up the next level to level two, I got to take the elevator. So when I'm coming into work I got to walk the stairs. It's weird, right, it's really weird. And the stairs it's weird, right, it's really weird.

Speaker 1:

And, um, yeah, I just, uh, I think it's my old age. And then I gotta check my eyesight. You know, because I just got a prescription, like maybe not not too long ago, like maybe last year, I just got some prescriptions for my glasses and when I use my prescription glasses it's like it's I'm getting hard to see again. So maybe I gotta get a new prescription. So I have to get my eyes checked, uh, this tuesday, so, um, after labor day, so, yeah, so now I gotta go to a doctor to check my eyes because, uh, I can't see. I'm close by, I gotta to look, like I got to push the paper away from me, like I think I'm nearsighted or something like that, but yeah, so I told him. You know what, I need a day off. I think I need my eyes checked again because I think I'm losing my sight little by little. So I think it's surely, but slowly I'm losing my eyesight due to age. You know things like that. But it sucks, you know it sucks. It sucks when you're getting older, but the thing is I don't look like I'm getting old. You know that's the funny part. But well, maybe I do. I don't know who knows.

Speaker 1:

Some people at work call me ugly and stuff like that, but I don't care about what they say. I like joking around with them too. They're fun. It makes the day go fast, especially if you haven't sensed your humor and then you just laugh about it. I don't take it like they're bullying. I think they're just having a good time. It doesn't bother me none. I mean, it's like it gives me the right to talk to them that way too. So I do the same way, and I'm pretty sure they get mad. Because you know, hey, no one talks to me like that. Only I could do that to you. But um oh no, you can't. You cannot do that to me. I could do it. If you're gonna do it to me, that means you're giving me the right to do it to you, right? You know, that's all I gotta say, other than that, other than that. But the day went really good today.

Speaker 1:

You know, like I said, I'm only human. You guys out there are only human. You guys make mistakes. We all make mistakes, and we learn from them, okay. So if that ever happens to you guys out there, all you listeners out there, don't take it to the heart, you're learning. You're learning Some of them just because they know the damn work by their own hand. You listeners out there, don't take it to the heart, you're learning. You're learning Some of them because, just because they know the damn work by their own hand, by their own mind and their own tricks and all that stuff, just because they've been there in that company and they have a lot of experience being a manager, they know more than you. It's easy for them? Well, of course, yeah, it's easy for you.

Speaker 1:

You know, um, they don't, they don't see it that way. Okay, they don't see it that way. They expect you to learn it real quick, like right away, you know, but, um, just don't, just don't feel bad, you know I, I I'm just saying what I'm feeling is like. You know, I'm learning, I think I'm doing all right. I mean, I'm trying to have faith in myself and I'm trying to knock myself over. Because when I knock myself over, they tell me you don't say that about yourself.

Speaker 1:

But if I say I'm doing, I think I'm doing good, oh, no, but you're messing up. I mean, what is it then? If I say, oh, I think I'm messing up, you're telling me that I'm putting myself down. But then if I say I'm doing good, I think I'm doing good, oh, you think you're doing good, no, you're messing up, you know. I mean, you got to be neutral about things like that, you know. I think you know things like that. But, um, yeah, it's, I'm just learning.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I'm learning everything and I'm learning every day and that's the assignment for being a supervisor and that's the way it is and I have to accept it. If they tell me to go and work on Monday on your day off, I have to go work on Monday on your day off, I have to go. And if you have to work the sixth day or maybe seventh day, you have to, because that's the price for being a supervisor, you know. But, like I say again, I learn every day and people mess up. If I don't get it, I don't get it. You know, mess up, if I don't get it, I don't get it, you know. Forgive me if I don't, but it's the way it is, you know, and I'm learning, you know. And Sometimes I feel bad For my boss.

Speaker 1:

He's like Getting frustrated Because I don't comprehend, and all that stuff. But hey, man, I told him. You know, I told my boss, you know, you know things like this and go right, it's a lot, it's a lot of numbers to rememberize. No, it's a, it's a different department, you know, it's not the one that was my. It's not like my previous department. I only just do one little numbers and all that stuff and this. I gotta do a lot, you know.

Speaker 1:

But I'm just telling them to be patient with me and I'll get it, I'll get, I'll get it through it, I get through this and you won't be disappointed, you know. And then I'll thank them, you know, for being there, for helping me, you know, for being patient. I already told them that it's a different department, you know. So he tells me well, it's a, it's a different department, you know. So he tells me well, it's, it's all the same thing, it's all that. He tells me it's all the same thing. Yes, it is the same thing.

Speaker 1:

But you're, you're my brain's used to the other department, you know, and my brain's barely refreshing to a new department, you know. Uh, I know you have a lot of experience than I do. You're, you're higher than me, that's why you're a higher management and you have to bear with me the reason why he's teaching me? Because no one out there doesn't want to teach, they don't want to show me. Maybe they don't have patience showing me things like that, and I'm pretty sure this is the reason why he's showing me all these micromanaging me, because, uh, there's not enough supervisors inside our facility, you know. So I could understand that. I mean we need more supervisors out there, in there, but we need more supervisors there.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, I mean I love it, I love what I do. I'll be honest, but, like I told them one, if I win a million dollars or well, not a million dollars, I think I'll still work there, but if I win 575 million dollars or 600 million dollars, I'm out of there, I'm out of there. I know it sounds ridiculous and silly, but you never know, never know. But yeah, but Right now I'm just Playing the mega millions and Trying to get you know To win this money and Let me see if I go vacationing. Now you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

So, yeah, but other than that, good, you know, I love what I do and being a supervisor, and because I used to work harder than that, because I was 25 years in this uh company and um, and I finally became something because, um, they always told me that you know, once you become a supervisor and all that stuff, like I'm'm not ready for it. But I guess, when I was getting to the age already now I go, you know what I changed my mind. I think I am ready. I'm getting to the age already. I'm not supposed to be working like this anymore. I'm not supposed to work hard. I got to work smart. So that's what I said to myself for myself and I told them. So that's what I said to myself, and I told them okay, I'll give it a shot, I'll give it a shot and see what leads me there. If I don't like it, I'll demote myself. I said, and I told them too well, if I don't like it, I'll just demote myself. But I seemed to like it.

Speaker 1:

I learned a lot. I learned a lot of things that I never knew before and they taught me real good. And and that's what I did. You know, they taught me real good and the only problem I having is, um, I don't know what's the problem that I'm having. Understanding, that's the only problem. You know, I I understand, but I'm saying like, when they tell you one thing, I get distracted right away. You know, sometimes I like you know things like that, but yeah, so that's what I got to say today.

Speaker 1:

All your listeners out there, all your new listeners if you're feeling the same way, you mess, mess up, but don't take it to the heart. Everybody goes through it, so don't feel bad. You learn every day, even though you've been there for years and years. You learn every day. It's a there's always new things coming in. New technology comes in. All right, you never like. Right now we're using, um, these handheld, handheld gadgets to scan our items. What's next? We're going to be using laser guns to fucking scan our items. I don't know, I'm just exaggerating, I'm just trying to make a point here. But yeah, just, new technology comes every six months. You never know. But we learn different things every day new skills, new assignments and all that stuff. We learn every day.

There's always new things differently come in and you got to learn it real quick. I mean, there's some people out there they know it by heart already because they've been doing it for 20 years. You know, I only became a manager for three years and you know there's more things I gotta learn. There's there's more things I gotta learn and know. And then that's the departments that I'm at in, or the departments that I'm in. That's, that's half of it. There's more to it, you know, there's more to it. I just got to, you know, learn everything, you know. I got to go step by step, you know. It's like a corporate ladder and things like that, but those kind of jobs I think you got to be really smart, you know. But, like I said, I'm just an average guy who graduated with a diploma.
